Championing Lean Six Sigma
The roles of the Deployment Champions and Project Champions are critical to the success of a lean Six Sigma Programme. Lean and Six Sigma Champions are members of the Leadership/Management team who are essential in driving the programme and projects to achieve substantial benefits on time.

We aim to work closely with Champions in organising the Lean Six Sigma Steering Committee and in holding stage gate reviews for the Black Belt and Green Belt project to ensure that the DMAIC methodology is rigorously applied.
