Lean and Six Sigma Consultancy and Training Services

We provide support and training in all aspects of Lean Six Sigma deployment.

This starts with engaging the leadership of your organisation in the role they must play to get the most out of your Lean and Six Sigma programme. In particular this includes how to select, scope and manage key improvement projects that will significantly impact the performance of your business.

We then provide training and support to the Black/Green Belts who are the project leaders and key team members who will tackle these improvement projects. This training includes the fact based tools that support the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control (DMAIC) approach. It also includes important team working and influencing skills.

Ultimately we leave you with the ability to master your own Lean and Six Sigma improvement programme ensuring its long term sustainability.

We can tailor our programmes to your own unique situation with the language, style and applications to suit your industry and your individual business.

We also provide Lean and Six Sigma public training courses.

Hear how Lean Six Sigma has helped other companies and discover how it could help yours.

Our next Lean and Six Sigma Awareness day takes place on 15th March 2012 in Cardiff, South Wales, UK.

We also provide public, in-house or on-line statistical data analysis training in Minitab and Excel. Click here for more information.
