Lean Six Sigma Support
In our experience some Black Belts and Green Belts can select and apply the tools and techniques that support a DMAIC or a DFSS approach that is driven by data with little support. However the majority will require good technical and organisational support not only to gain the confidence that they are approaching things correctly but also to ensure they are using the correct tools and techniques in the correct manner.
The Champions also require support in selecting scoping and chartering projects and holding project stage gate reviews. Therefore we advise that our advisors support you in selecting and chartering projects and managing projects through the DMAIC phases.
